Building capacity for formative assessment in a way that supports student success is our passion. We are thankful for the opportunity to share our passion with other educators through meaningful professional learning.
Founder and Consultant, Sandy Snow is a former Director of Professional Learning, Elementary Language Arts Title 1 teacher and Coordinator for Title 1, ESL/Bilingual, and Elementary Language Arts. Sandy has worked as a Reading Specialist for the Region XI Educational Service Center, implementing the Right to Read program and conducting over 600 parent reading workshops in ten counties. Sandy has served as president for Learning Forward Texas, formerly the Texas Staff Development Council. She is also the recipient of Learning Forward Texas' Staff Developer of the Year award. She is graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and Texas Woman's University.
